And in this honorable mosque, miracles have been found repeatedly that the late Sheikh Mohammad Ali Kojoui known as Qomi in the history book of Qom in the first and second volumes are miracles that happened there and people who are honored by the blessed presence of Hazrat Vali-e-Asr (PBUH). Imam Khomeini’s opinion:
… At the beginning of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini appointed a number of members of the respected community of teachers to look after the situation of the Holy Mosque of Jamkaran.
These gentlemen, after a thorough review and exchange of views with the board of trustees of the mosque, prepared proposals regarding the importance of this holy place and submitted it to Imam Khomeini (as) for final approval in a letter dated 2/17/1358. We consider it appropriate to refer to two passages in the letter:
Due to the growing popularity of the people to the Sahib al-Zaman Mosque in Jamkaran, the protection and welfare of the pilgrims should be considered more than before, and very interesting and complete reform plans … should be implemented immediately, taking into account the priorities.
Considering that the Holy Mosque of Jamkaran is a great relic of Hazrat Vali-e-Asr (as) and that server ordered the construction of the mosque and the attention of the Shiites to it – according to the narration of the late Sheikh Saduq (may God bless him and grant him peace) – it is therefore considered a public endowment.
